Access Algarve Quick Rules

Voucher offers:
• Offers available for use seven days a week: Seasonal | During opening hours | Not on exclusion days (see clause 7 in this document)
• Vouchers must be shown prior to any bookings or payments to avoid confusion.
• Two people required to redeem a voucher unless stated otherwise.
• A maximum of Two vouchers can be redeemed per group
• Discount vouchers redeemed on the value stated on the voucher.
• Activities and Lifestyle Vouchers advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Access Algarve vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programmes from the merchant.
• Seasonal rates will always apply to Access Algarve vouchers.
• The lower value on the second meal, treatment or item applies to the offer.
• Vouchers are not valid in ticket shops, booking agencies or any third-party sales office.
• To be certain that you enjoy the advantages of all vouchers, please call in advance to make sure the establishment is open.

All Access Algarve vouchers (“Vouchers”) are subject to rules of use. These are to both protect the merchant as well as the end user. Customers are advised to read the rules carefully before using any voucher to understand how the Access Algarve voucher system works.

1. Voucher Validity

• Vouchers are valid from 1st April 2020 through to 31st March 2021.
• Vouchers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue.
• Vouchers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the vouchers/voucher page.
• Vouchers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining/loyalty/employee/ rewards programmes.
• Vouchers are valid seven days a week, unless specified on the voucher/ voucher page and minimal exclusion days apply.
• Should any merchant fail to uphold the offer of the voucher, please contact Access Algarve.
• Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Access Algarve material is prohibited. Any Vouchers that are resold or bartered are void.

2. Using your Vouchers

• Two people can use a single voucher unless stated otherwise, a maximum of 1 vouchers can be used at any single point.
• If a disagreement arises, the Fatura/Recibo (Bill) must be paid as per local law. Appropriate parties will be contacted to aid in a resolution.

3. Food & Drink Vouchers

• Two people can use a single voucher unless stated otherwise, a maximum of 1 vouchers can be used at any single point.
• When using a voucher the least expensive item will be deducted or item specified on the voucher. When specified by category the items must come from the same category as marked on the Offer e.g. buy one “Burger meal” and get one “Burger meal” free; or buy one “Cocktail” and get one “Cocktail” free; or buy one “house beverage” and get one “house beverage” free.
• If the establishment offers a Free Item per couple both parties must comply to the stated deal e.g. a free bottle of wine with “two main meals” or “spend €15 and get a free bottle of wine”
• Splitting of bills is prohibited when using a voucher unless arranged with the management of the establishment.
• Vouchers can only be used for stated items and are not valid for special events (e.g. theme nights, special menus or in conjunction with any other offers).
• Voucher items cannot be traded or used as financial leverage for greater items. Only items specified on the voucher may be used in conjunction with the voucher – unless otherwise indicated on the voucher or voucher page.
• Vouchers are not redeemable in conjunction with takeaway or delivery - unless otherwise indicated on the voucher or voucher page.
• A voucher stating main course or minimum € valued item is defined as the main component of a client’s lunch or dinner. Access Algarve does not constitute for the individual layout/design of an eatery’s menu. If in doubt, ask you waiter/waitress to clarify before ordering.

4. Activities & Lifestyle Vouchers

• Two people must be present to use a voucher – unless stated otherwise. A maximum of 4 vouchers can be used at any single point. Calling ahead and pre-booking is advised for all Activities and Lifestyle Vouchers to avoid delays or merchants being full especially during summer.
• Terms & Conditions may vary with several activities so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions.
• Prior booking may be required for certain offers and/or activities.

5. Lifestyle (Beauty & Fitness) Vouchers

• Beauty & Fitness Offers can be redeemed in two ways:
1. One Offer can be used by two people within the same visit, with the second treatment or service being complimentary.
2. One Offer can be used by an individual, whereby you must pay full price for the first
treatment/service and your second treatment/service will be complimentary on your next visit. The complimentary treatment/service must be redeemed within the Offer validity period. Please note: gift vouchers cannot be issued for your complimentary treatment/service. The complimentary treatment/service is non-transferable.
• Please present the voucher before or on the completion of the treatment/service, prior to requesting the bill. If the Offer is in the Health & Fitness section, please present it prior to the commencement of any class or activity.

6. Retail & Services Offers

• Certain Offers in the Retail & Services category that begin ‘Invites you to enjoy…’ (rather than ‘You and a guest are invited…’) may be used
by an individual. • When redeeming a Retail & Services Offer individually, you will pay full price for the first service and your second service will be complimentary. Please remember you will need to redeem the complimentary service within the Offer validity period.

7. Exclusion Days

Access Algarve voucher can be redeemed 7 days a week, excluding the below indicated public holidays. (subject to merchant discretion):
• Please note, a limited number of outlets may be closed over summer/ winter due to seasonal business and other selected holidays. Access Algarve cannot be held responsible if an outlet is temporarily or permanently closed during the voucher validity period.
• To be certain that you enjoy the advantages of all vouchers, please call in advance to make sure the establishment is open.
